This unique recipe book is based on 4 years of experience of baking and serving vegan pizzas in our vegan café. For our whole wheat vegan pizzas we used natural ingredients that Mother Nature provided us, occasionally fake meat, but never non dairy soy cheese.

This recipe book aims to show you the approach of making a truly tasty vegan pizza, an approach that is basically different from making a regular non veg pizza with meat and cheese toppings.
Tasty vegan pizzas that you can share with your vegan friends, tasty vegan pizzas with rich flavours that will impress your non veggie guests, family and foodies alike.

The book has detailed pizza recipes as well as a few free style recipes that challenge you to think and choose your own combination of ingredients and flavours, and a recipe for a fun pizza, the McPizza.
For our vegan pizzas we use not the dominant flavours from meat and cheese but more gentle and subtle unique flavours from natural ingredients such as fruits (olives, tomatoes, sweet bell peppers), nuts (cashew nuts and pine nuts) and seeds (sesame seeds), grains (wheat, corn), roots (potatoes), vegetables (broccoli) and mushroom (champignon, oyster mushroom).
Different flavours that compliment each other, not dominate.


The first edition will be available an an ebook (PDF, EPUB, Kindle).
When there is enough positive response the second edition will contain more recipes and will be available as a full color Paperback.
